Refund policy

We offer free returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Sign into your account and request a return.
  2. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

📍 Returns requested after 7 days are not eligible for a refund. All sales will be final.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@madelinelove.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
